(4 posts)
  1. There is a pain on the left of my lower back. How do I get rid of it? I am going to a Valentine party tonight and I don't wanna be looking like a loser sitting around and not hanging with my friends. Is there any pills, should I give myself a massage or something?? Thankss

Try these methods. Lay on your back, pull one knee to your chest at a time and hold it there. Bring it down and do it with the other leg. This will help stretch the muscles. Another way is to lay on your back pull your knee up and pull it to the other side with your arms out on the floor. (You'll be twisting your back) this will help any nerves. Good luck

a Massage could help, but if you can get it try some Tiger Balm! I get lower back pain occasionally myself and after an hour of using that stuff its much easier.

That is a tight or pinched muscle that is giving you that pain. Once your release the muscles in your back the pain should be gone as well. Here is how to release your back muscles:
    Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
