    There is no way to eliminate short sightedness without procedures such as surgery - it can only progress but however, you can slow down this process.

    --> Don't read, watch TV or go on the computer in dim light.
    --> Take regular breaks for 10-15 minutes every hour.
    --> Have a proper sleep routine.
    --> Eat healthy - carrots are good for the eyes!
