How to treat backache?

    This is for my dad he is 71 and has severe back pain he cant even get up without straining in pain

    buy simple creams at your local cvs or wallgreens store ment for blackheads,
    also simple things at your house you can use is
    *ToothPaste
    *Olive oil

    ToothPaste because it has chemicals found in alot of acne creams, and apply it for 30 minutes at least

    Olive oil because it has vitimins in it that softens your face and vitimins that you need daily

    IT wont help

    i say try a good oinkment or a salve...s tonic like ben gay or tiger balm

    oil of wintergreen too

    a good hot bath

    und a visit to the dokta

    is it his spine??? a slipped disc?????

    Some manual therapy such as osteopathy would probably be helpful if he is in such an acute condition.

    given his age, i would want to know if he has any history of prostate problems. if there is no remarkable pathology in the area, i would have him consult an hio method chiropractor.
