How would I speed up the healing of a staph outbreak?

Every once in a while I get a staph infection, but this time it's in a strange place- it's on the skin of my armpit. It's a place where the skin flexes and bends a lot because of my arm moving against it, and it hasn't healed up yet.

I've gone to the doctor, but unfortunately the pharmacy closed before I could get my antibiotics. I've been rinsing it with alcohol every few hours to keep it clean, then putting Neosporin on it, but it still isn't going away. Bandaids also won't stick to the area.

It's really nothing to be worried about, I just want it to go away quicker. Any tips?
Why wouldn't Neosporin work on staph? It's a triple antibiotic ointment, and staph is a bacteria.

The pharmacy is not open on weekends, that's kind of my problem.

Neosporin won't have any effect on staff, don't even waste the product, the pharmacy should be open now go get the proper meds.

Get your meds filled as soon as you can.

Use warm compresses around the clock with the ointment (Antibiotic)
