you should not ride if within 24 hours the pain still intense and a bother to you.
you should let your body heal first -
if you are the kind that can stand the pain and you can not be not there for your ride - say you are the most important part... that will be hard on you...
but if i were you, i will not ride for a while until the pain disappear. that can be chronic and form itself as permanent or off and on kind of problem to you if you do not let it heal first. i had lower back pain for seven years because of martial arts and it escalated to become a busitis then it goes up and down my torso then to my left and right shoulder...it also went and become sciatica - right thigh... i fell on my shoulder that's what i remember...doing a drop roll escape
