i feel my pulse in the top part of my head. and i don't know why . and my heart sometimes skips

    Theres probably something wrong with you. Just kidding. I dont know though, i feel my pulse in my fingers and everywhere else sometimes. It might be nervousness.

    you probably have a vessel in the area you feel it that might not be as big in others ???
    I can open my mouth and hear my heart beat when I exercise and others can hear it too.. My doc thought that was funny but nothing to worry about. He said probably due to a large vein or vessel near the surface of my throat. If your heart feels like it is skipping a beat sometimes that could be something as simple electolytes being off. Drink some gatoraide. If it happens a lot you need to get a stress test or something to find out exactly what it is .
