Moist heat before going to bed seems to help me.You can get a heating pad or take dish towel & run water on it,wring out and put in microwave a few seconds.Also using a hot towel from the dryer helps too.Thermal-Wraps help very much & will last up to 8 hours..

You can buy a cervical traction pump http://www.amazon.com/Posture-Pump-Cervical-Traction-Device-Blue/dp/B000FPVKCM and use it before you go to sleep with heat.
