Im 11, i got into a skiing accident and broke both legs, luckily only one is in a cast. BUT i hateeeee it when i have an itch! If its on the top part i can just use a straw or something, but should i like hit my cast to stop the ones on the lower part of it? My leg is almost healed and i dont think i should have to be worried about hitting the cast. But if you have any ideas or if youve been through it, i would really appreciate it! Thaaanks!(:

I have a full leg cast and i hate itches!?

My son broke his wrist just before Christmas. The doctor suggested that if the itching started, to use a hair dryer on low heat setting, and blow it in the cast. It worked. Give it a try, or ask your Mom & Dad to help you out, if it is too awkward for you to do on your own.

O my gosh I broke my leg when I was around your age and that wuz so freaking annoying!!!! I basically ignored it or distracted myself because the more you think about it the worse it gets! Oh and when you are close to getting your cast off try walking on the leg (even though it's in a cast) cuz it helps strengthen it for when you get your cast off. I didn't listen to my doctor when he said that and my leg was so weak for way too long!!!!!!!! Good luck... ;)
