I had a bladder infection before and didn't notice that with it. To my knowledge, there isn't a lymph node where you mention. Can you move it around and does it feel softer or like bony material? The first thing I thought of was your pelvic bone. It could be more noticed as you're at an age of female changes now. If it gets sore, red (irritated) or you get frequent bladder infections, see a gynecologist to examine that.

It may just be a swelling due to inflammation etc. but. Go have it looked at now in case some early action is necessary.

It might just be a bump, i get bumps like that in that region sometimes that don't have a head and feel like skin with a big ball in it, if thats what it is it's normal and will go away. But if it is a swollen lymph node thats ok too, just mean your body is fighting off an infection, its your bodies way of protecting itself. Just get some AVO pills for urinary tract infections and drink alot of cranberry juice. But if it doesnt go away in a week or two, you might have to go to your doctor and get some antibiotics. Best of luck!

It is probably due to the infection - does it hurt or is just swollen? Keep an eye on it and have it checked if it doesn't go down soon.
