I have a vasectomy question?

    My husband had a vasectomy about 10 years ago. We have decided to have a baby and was wondering is there an alternative to getting it reversed? Does he still make sperm and it just doesn't come out? If it does HAVE to be reversed, does insurance cover it? Would V.A. cover reversing it? Any help would be great!
    Ok, I'm getting multiple different answers. Some say yes, it has to be reversed, but some say it doesn't. Which one should we believe?
