Im 25 yrs old and I have a bit of like a funny feeling kind of fluttery and tired all the time and a bit of a headache. It started a few months ago but now its gotten a lot worse its happened 3 times today and twice this week. I have no health insurance so i don't want to go to the doctors if i don't have to.

Sounds a lot like what I experience, which is anxiety. When that happens, I stop what I'm doing, sit down and take a couple minutes to relax. Breathing exercises help significantly.

It could be anxiety... or it could be a serious heart arrhythmia. You should go to the doctor, especially if it's getting worse.

That being said, you can check your pulse if it happens again. place your index finger on the inside of your wrist below the thumb. count your pulse for exactly 1 full minute. 60-100 is normal.

When you should go to the doctor right away:
--anything outside this range AND you are having symptoms
--if it is irregular (amount of time between each pulsation varies)
--If you begin to have chest pain
--if you feel like you're going to pass out

PS. I'm a nurse not a doctor so I can't diagnose and my advice can't substitute the advice of a physician.
