    You are asking it the wrong way around. Medication list gives clues to the diagnosis but really a more reliable deduction should be based on history for symptoms, physical examination for signs and further confirmed by investigation findings.

    Having said that: ceftas is an antibiotic, ranitidine is a H2 blocker, levocetrizine and Cofryl are both antihistamines. I suspect you presented with respiratory symptoms and the doctor is thinking about possible viral, bacterial, allergic, gastrointestinal causes and hence the use of these medicines. In any case, very rarely can one be sure what the diagnosis is just from looking at a handful of medicines because often same medicines can be used under different situations to treat different diseases or to serve different purposes.
