Every month they had gotten steadily worse up to a point then they just stayed about the same amount of pain, still bearable. I could take ibuprofen and they would go away after a while. But this month is different. I took three ibuprofen three hours ago and it didn't make a dent. I can't move, it's almost unbearable. I'm laying down right now with a heating pad on my stomach. Should I see a doctor?
