i have nosebleed and i also spit blood help?

    You are right. No need to worry. Your tissues are raw and with all the coughing and blowing your nose, these sensitive tissues will crack and bleed. Your nose bleed will drain and when you constantly suck in your nose congestion into your lungs, you will eventually cough it out, which makes for the blood tinged phlegm. If the blood becomes excessive around 2-3 tablespoons each time, then you need to see your doc, but a little bit of blood is okay.
