It might be herpes

When i think of red spots, I usually automatically think HPV because herpes, ya they are red dots but they usually blister and flare up. So, this could be either herpes or HPV. Since we know that it hurts to pee, it could be that their is a sore right by the urethra and that the acid in the pee is irritating it. You can try either to urinate in tub of warm water or you can just drink more water to make it less acidic all the while cleaning your body out from all the bacteria.
I suggest, you go to a doctor ASAP and have her test you for herpes type one or type two via blood test (make sure it's IGG) and have a pap test. While you at it, since your experiencing symptoms, ask her to take a swab o the red dots to make sure that this is a std going on or just something else.
If you come out positive for type 1, assume that this is the type you have orally as in cold sores, you know those blister some people get above their lips, but just remember more then half the people who carry this virus don't get the obvious symptoms to know it,)and if its type 2, then always assume unless told otherwise that you have genital herpes. Type one can become an std if you have oral sex with a carrier of the virus. If you don't come out positive for either, then something else is causing all these symptoms.
Remember, during this time, since you don't know what is causing this exactly and you only have a good idea on what it is, NO SEX.
Good Luck!!! If you have more questions you can message me and I can help you with your results. =)
