today i woke up at 9:15 to take my blood pressure pills then around 9:30 had to go massive diarrhea. about 15 mins later i start to get stomach cramps and pain so i lie down on the bed but it makes it worse. Please help because its almost been 2 hours and i still have pain in my stomach i hope its not because i ate cold pot roast without heating it up thanks.

Its would really suck if you have Toxic E. Coli. Its seems you have some of the symtoms and the pot roast could have been the reason for your being sick. First you should check some sites and see if you have E.Coli. Then if all symtoms match up i sugest you see a doctor and if not then its probaly just normal food poisoning.
