I Need Help With A Bump That's Under The Skin And Red Puss Is Coming Out Of It?

    I have a bump that is like under the skin and looks kind of red, its about 2 inches above my penis wear the pubic hair grows and when I squeeze it like red pussy stuff (Not Blood) comes out, it almost looks like an ingrown hair, I just trimmed (not cut) my pubic hair last night and now I noticed this. Help?
    Its more of a lump thats the size of a nickle and when I press or squeeze red puss comes out right wear a hair is growing.
    Ive never had sex and it kinda hurts when i squeeze it... Its only coming out of one hair and right under that hair is the lump thats the size of a nickle.

    sounds like an ingrown hair. try using drawing ointment and dont squeeze it for a few days
