I am allergic to strawberries. Just keep a antihistamine like benadryl (which works the best) ,claritin, or zyrtec for mild allergic reaction and for the more severe reactions you may need to get a script from your doctor to save your life if you accidentally eat dairy.

I have a severe peanut allergy (anaphylaxis) and, although it's very different to your allergies, I often find myself feeling very alone as well. When somebody eats a Snickers bar near me etc. I often feel faint and panicky but there is nothing I can do because I can't tell them to stop eating it, that's not fair on them. I feel even more alone because nobody really understands what it is like. To them it is feeling a little bit poorly if I eat a peanut but it is so much more than that. It is always there in the back of my mind, every single day, every time I eat something, every time somebody else eats something. It affects everything too, like the time I was banned from a school trip because of it, or when I won prizes in lessons at school and couldn't eat whatever it was but as far as the teacher was concerned it was "tough".
I just hope that they can find a cure for both of us soon, so that it stops ruining everything. :(
