i need to know if i have panic attacks?

    You need to immediately make an appointment with your doctor for a glucose tolerance test. This sounds to me just like what I went thru -- just out of the blue, no stressful things happening at the times these attacks would hit me. This is nothing to mess with, expecially if you're driving. I DID pass out in my car, went into a seizure, and wound up in the ditch at Walmart. These can be caused by both hypogylgemia (low blood sugar--which is what I have), and diabetes, itself, and they're nothing to mess around with or
    wait for them to "go away". If this is NOT the problem (and I'm guessing that it is), then your doctor may want to put you on a mild tranquializer to see if this helps. You'll have to work closely with your doctor until this is under control. Best of luck to you :).

    You sound like you need xanax. I had to take it for a while and it made me feel much better. Yes ask for it from your Dr. And yes that sounds just like a panic attack!!!

    THE NO 1 RULE HAS TO BE RELAX!! – Although it is often impossible to relax during an attack, it is very crucial not to submit yourself to your emotion. Breathe. Deep breathing helps calms and relaxes your mind and body. During an anxiety attack, focus your breathing to slow down your heartbeat. This also diverts your attention from the attack which helps you recover faster. Take some time and practice deep breathing exercises even if you are not stressed or feel anxious.
