Don't rush it. You don't want it to break again. Did your therapist say it was OK to do push ups? Follow the medical advice you are getting. You don't want to have a set back. If she said to ask the orthopedic doctor that is what you have to do. And don't rush the weight lifting. Wait. Or call his office and ask him. Do what he says.
