    Use baking soda with your toothpaste once a week. Don't use it to often though!

    You can:
    1. Either buy Crest 3D whitening... it really does work! its my main toothpaste!
    2. Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day
    3. buy Crest 3D whitening STRIPS
    4. Put baking soda with your toothpaste.
