It's not about how early you sleep. It's about how MUCH sleep you get. If you can sleep 7+ hours w/o being disturbed, they'll disappear. They're just a sign of lack of sleep.

I'm sure if you actually went to bed for 8 hours or so they would. They come from lack of sleep not how early you sleep... go to bed at 8 like a good little kid and you won't have to worry about it.

I had the same problem honey, and there really isn't much of a cure besides either dealing with it (like i did for a couple years (i'm 15 now) ) or getting some beauty rest. A few days of at least 8-10 hours of sleep should help. Also don't go to bed later the 11, especially if your getting up for school and such.

I believe cucumbers are for puffy eyes. Going to bed at a certain time isnt as important as getting enough hours of sleep. At 13 you need probably 10 hours. Also make sure you are eating properly. If the dark circles come and go then its probably sleep but if you cant seem to get rid of them you need to go get a check up.

Sleep for about 7-8 hours a day. Nothing more, nothing less. The lesser hours to sleep, that causes stress and dark circles and baggy eyes. More than 8 hours of sleep makes your head hurt, makes your face puffy and it makes you feel tired and sleepy the rest of the day. The best time to sleep is 10 PM to 11 and waking up 6 am or 7 am.
Wake up and massage the area around your eyes to relax the muscles. Before going to bed the night before, cut a chilled cucumber and put them over your closed eyelids. The coolness of it relaxes your eye muscles giving you a good and relaxed sleep, plus, it reduces the dark circles around your eyes. :) You'd look and feel fresh the following morning.

Certainly early nights can bring back the colour to your eye area but it is also genetic and check whether your mum has dark circles under her eyes, then you will have to use some cosmetics to hide them. However, also check out these websites because I have the same problem too and its striclty related to late nights, smoking and having a glass of wine too often:). The best cure is to use cucumber slices for the darkening and an under eye lightener . Check out these websites too:).
