If we both lose our virginity to each other, is there a chance we could get STD's?

  1. Me and my boyfriend are both virgins, and we don't have any STD's or anything. Lets say we are monogamous. If we have sex, is there a chance one/both of us could develop an infection/std's?
considering none of us have gone beyond french kissing

  2. You will not get STD if you stay faithful to your partner. Use a condom for barrier protection. Take vaccination for HPV/ genital warts and Hepatitis B for further protection.

no - if you can categorically say you have never slept with anyone else you cant get an STD

however bare in mind that what your boyfriend calls sex and what is actually sexual contact may be two different things. Lets say, he has been with a girl who has oral wart, or HIV or worse. Now if she were to give him oral sex (which he may decided is not losing his virginity) then he could plausably get HIV from her remote though the chances are. And the chances are greater if he were to give her oral sex. So its not really worth the risk. Always use a condom - if you cant do that then you are running risks, although tey may be very remote risks.

If you are 100 percent virgins that haven't had oral sex, anal sex or sexual intercourse before then you shouldn't have stds below the waist.
But virgins can pick up things like cold sores (which are contagious and caused by oral herpes), hepatitis and even hiv with out having sex. Keep an eye out for cold sores, if you or your partner gets a cold sore don't give or receive oral sex, cold sores can be passed to the genitals.
If you have absolutely no contagious infections or stds then you shouldn't be able to pass or give any thing. Stds don't appear out of thin air, some one in the relationship needs to have an std in order to pass it on.

If you have to ask this kind of question, then you shouldn't be doing it at all.

    The answer is no...
