If you get blood withdrawn from a vein to get tested at a lab would they notify you if you have some

    They only draw labs that your doc orders.... so whatever he is checking is all they run.

    All results get sent back to your doc. Critical values get called back RIGHT AWAY. If anything is out of range, then your doctor will notify you... not the lab.
