if you have AIDS will u die? is there a cure? just wondering?

    AIDS doesn't kill you.But when you have the virus you can't affront(??) diseases like pneumonia etc and you die.There isn't a cure yet at least:/

    Are you seriously asking if there is a cure for AIDS? Oh god...I've lost faith in humanity.

    There isnt a cure, but moden medicine is helping people live longer.

    If you start taking medicine while you still have HIV, you many never actually become full blown AIDS. But your immune system will still be compormised, making it easy to die from a regular virus.
