Going to a psychologist because of this. What will he do when he finds out I have depression?
I know he can't give me meds. Will he send me to a psychiatrist or something?

    -Fatigue
    -Changes in diet
    -Changes in sleep patterns

The right anti-depressent is NOT bad. Just a pill.... and if it works then what is the problem with taking it.

The problem is finding the right one; and THAT is trial and error.

Your doctor will put your on an anti-depressent

He will help you. He will give you medication to help you feel better. And he will talk to you about your problems. Its a good thing. Don't worry about it.
