yes, since you have been having this pain for about 24 hours now, i would say to go to the doctor. see someone associated with your military base...i had a tooth with roots in the sinus cavity.. gave me problems for years. always got a "tooth ache" in that tooth.. it was not the tooth.. it was sinus infection that was building up fluids into that tooth through the roots. i had root canal done on the tooth and had it capped and now as good as new. but that kind of pain is horrible.. have you tried anything that would reduce sinus fluid? such as over the counter sinus and allergy meds.. etc..
benedryl maybe... might be something with your sinus' like mine was.. good luck to you.. so sorry you have to endure this... feel better!!
