AIDS/HIV can be transferred blood to blood, fluid to fluid. The most common was to transmit is through intercourse, blood to blood and breatsmilk. It is possible that if both parties have open cuts in there mouths and they kiss it could then be transferred but it would have to make blood to blood contact.

I personally think you are making a little to much out of it. One of my good friend is HIV positive and I drink after him as well as smoked after him when I used to smoke. Don't freak yourself out. ]
    Fluid to Fluid
    Blood to Blood
or ingesting breastmilk from infected party

WOW, quit playing with infected people? Your right you may not know if someone has it. Just be careful who you have intercourse with. That is the highest transmission and unless you plan on mixing blood with another(sharing needles, etc) you need not stress it. If it was that common for it to be transferred mouth to mouth I'm pretty sure there would be a kissing condom lol. I have kissed quite a few people and have never gotten it. Really don't sweat it.
