We broke up but we were always very close so we stayed close. Then my doctors told me there was only a 3% chance I didn't have cancer and that if I did I would need a miracle to live. They told me it's pretty much impossible that I don't have it. So I told him and he was great about it and helped me and asked me everyday how I was doing and always let me vent to him about it. Then, the doctors said I didn't have it and I was sooo happy and told him right away. But now he thinks I faked the whole thing just to get his attention because we just broke up and we don't talk because he thinks I manipulated him. I don't know if I should try to talk to him or leave it because he's being so insensitive. I thought he'd be happy I'm not going to have to have chemo and I'm going to live. But now I'm mad at him for being like this. What should I do?

If you told him a story like that it's no wonder he is incredulous. It's a little light-on in detail and sounds a lot like bs. Show him your histopathology report from the biopsy.
