Interstitial cystitis? Endometriosis? Something else?

Since around early november, i've had horrible symptoms of frequency, urgency, and pressure in my bladder. I went to my doctor, thinking it was just a uti, but it was negative, although it did test sort of positive for nitrites. The doctor eventually put me on antibiotics, and surprisingly enough i felt better in a few days. One or two weeks later, my symptoms came back. I went back to my doctor in hope that it was a uti, but it was negative each time i was tested. The doctor decided not to put me on antibiotics this time, and my symptoms miraculessly disappeared again after about 2 weeks. Within a week my symptoms came back, and ever since then, they have come and gone every few weeks/days. This is all so frustrating, as it's pretty uncomfortable to go.. well, anywhere, basically. To make matters even worse, i'm only 16. I've been to a few urologists who just say it's viral cystitis that will go away on its own. I also went to a gynocologyst who suspects it may be endometriosis. I've heard the symptoms of interstitial cystitis, since it comes and goes, but i really hope it's not that. Also i'm not sexually active or anything, so no worries about that. I'm sorry this is so long, and i'm going to a few more doctors in a few weeks, but if someone could give me their opinion that'd be great.

Endometriosis can do that a bit, but not really with nitrites. I have endometriosis. The only way to definitively diagnose that is through surgery. I would recommend seeing a kidney doc too. Nephrologist. Kidney problems can mess with your bladder and nitrites.
