Is 10mg of oxycodone ok for severe pain following pancreas surgery? What should a proper dose be .?

    You might want to start with the dose that was prescribed. The prescriber is familiar with your conditions and sensitivities (hopefully) and should have given you instructions for taking this medicine. If you didn't get instructions, call them and clear that up.
