The gall bladder is an organ to releases bile to assist in the digestion of foods once it empties the stomach. The bile itself is made by the liver. It is well known that diets high in cholesterol (generally high fat, greasy foods) lead to gall stones. It is also well known that the liver works hard to metabolize alcohol. So, with all of this in mind, don't you think that keeping a healthy diet would improve your chances staying healthy overall?

Unhealthy activities like drinking alcohol knowingly with gall stones will cause problems. Ultimately, your gall bladder will have to be removed completely. It is a non-vital organ that you can live without, but it will have negative effects on your quality of life overall. Not including the fact that they are higher risks of infection and secondary complications when anyone has abdominal surgery.

So...do yourself a favor. Put the dang beer down.

Shouldn't you change you eating and drinking habits if you have gallstones? That only leads to more discomfort and eventually gall bladder removal.
Gallstones are created from bile and usually are formed when you eat foods high in fat. I would stay away from beer althogether. Try adopting a healthier lifestyle.
