Well since it is spring It is getting hot around here. All of my Friends go outside allot and play around and stuff. They are lucky but I'm not!!!! I am alergic to pollen so badly!! If i get one sniff of pollen my eyes will start to swell instantly. Its TERRIBLE!! I use zertec and other stuff but It wont help me. I have visited the doctor tons of times and he said to use the medicine. I did but it still happenes. Give me advice please!!!

Is Going Outside In The Spring Good when You Have Bad Alergies To Pollen?

In spring time yes becuase the flowers and trees are blooming. If you see a bee that means there is pollen around.

are u using the allergy meds only when u have a reaction or are u taking it regularly? i take my allergy medicine every day at the same time. during allergy season it may not always keep it completely away but it does help keep the worst of it away. the key is to keep the meds in ur system. another thing to do is to keep up with the weather. ur local weather man will tell u what the pollen count is for that day. base ur decision to play outside on that as well. also wash ur hair more often during pollen season.
