Is it ok to weightlift if i have worn away cartilage in my wrist?

    Since you have seen a Dr, talk to him/her about what they recommend. There is a fine line between building a strong muscular structure to support a joint and wearing down more cartilage. Ask the Dr for a recommendation to a physical therapist who can teach you the right way to exercise.
