Is it okay to store my contact lens and solution in the refrigerator?

    There is no truth to that article. It is just one girl's idea.

    If you read the instructions on your solution...it will say to store and use at room temperature...or will say to use between a minimum and maximum temperature, which will fall into near room temps.

    Putting the lenses in the fridge has no advantage , and could even make the solution NOT work as well as it should to disinfect those lenses.

    I'd agree with footprint. Having had my contacts up in the himalayas where it was very cold at night I found that having the solution and contacts cold was not a good idea . They weren't that comfortabel even after I'd warmed them and I moved ot having them in the sleeping bag at night.
