Is it possible to break your ear, even though its really flexible?

    Yes, you can break the cartilage in the outside of it.

    There is cartilage, so you can damage that. Or even the insides of your ear.

    the cartilage can break easily, but it also heals very fast, if you feel you have broken your ear cartilage, tape a pad to immobilize it, it should heal in a couple of days.
