I've always been short, and will probably always be.
I've been reading different reports on the Internet about people growing taller from doing exercises and stuff.
Has anyone tried this and what was the results?

height of a person is influence by genetics and also nutrients. Both of my parents are tall so naturally,I am tall. But I seldom do exercises when I was young like basketball or any activity involving jumping. My dad always make sure that I have a balanced meal(like eating lots of vegie and at the same time not neglecting consumption of meat) and gave me multivitamin to eat.I think that's why I'm tall.I'm 165 cm tall.

  3. 165cm is not tall is more on the shortish side. The majority of English women in the UK are at least 170cm and is not only down to genes but also due to protein based meals and lots of exercising.

Do stretches against a wall, basketball/voleyball for at least 2h every day, eat meat etc and you can grow until you are 30 years old.

    Good luck.
