Last night, after having sex, I had a red spot on my clitoris that hurt bad and stung, like as if it was a cut. I freaked out thinking it could be herpes. This morning it doesn't really hurt but there's still a little red circle. Does this sound like herpes?? Is it possible for it to hurt worse at times?

Is it possible to have a herpes sore that doesn't hurt that bad?

It's possible to have mild out breaks, but usually the initial out break hurts like nothing you have experienced before. Out breaks typically start off with some itching, burning and or tingling symptoms, then you can get flu like symptoms, swollen genitals, and burning pain when you pee.
If you really want to know then get it checked out by a doctor and have them test you for herpes.Posted 2 years ago # -
sounds like a scratch. it can get rough down there in the heat of the moment. Next time, use a condom.

Herpes is just like a cold sore that some people get on their lips. It doesn't hurt at first. It usually tingles and itches, and then becomes sore. It really doesn't sound like you have herpes. The red circle could just be because you were a little too rough or didn't have enough lubrication.
Anyway it's probably not herpes, don't worry.

any cold sore that you get is herpes type one.
it's not bad at all, and normally it goes away
on it's own. but if the little red dot takes more than
2 weeks to go away, then i recommend you go
get tha checked. stay safe<3Posted 2 years ago #
