Is it safe to put on contacts after they dropped?

So I was taking them out and one fell on my hamper (the door, the place isn't exactly clean) and the other fell in the sink. I did the whole rub and rinse with solution (I have multil purpose) and I left it in the contact lenses container submerged in the saline solution.
So is it safe to put those on again or should I throw them away?
Should I wait for them to disinfect? Does it need time to disinfect and if so, how long?
should I also throw my contact lens container now that these contacts are in?
I would appreciate it if someone answers this as I am paranoid and anal about cleaning.
    Thanks

  3. They are fine i have dropped mine before even on the floor. (not the cleanest place) I just clean them then put them in otherwise they have dirt on them and it hurts.

Put it back in. After you rinsed it with solution, it became sterile again. No further steps are needed.
