Is It Unhealthy To Stay Up All Night And Sleep All Day?

    i would be really gloomy cause u wouldn't wake up and see the sun and have that "morning feeling". i just think it would be better the normal way. :)

    It may just be because you got used to staying up late/going to bed early. Try setting your alarm earlier and earlier every day, and you will start being tired earlier, and eventually you should be back to normal. After that, try to keep your sleep patterns normal, and get plenty of exercise so you can go to sleep at a proper time.
