I'd recommend you take him to a primary care doctor (usually a pediatrician). The pediatrician may tell you what to do next.
I'd assume that the doctor would sign him up for an MRI. If that doesn't diagnose the problem, then the doctor would sign him up for some EEG testing.
I'd recommend Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. It is one of the best hospitals in the world, which is why lots of people from lots of different countries around the world travel to Cincinnati. But if your hospital is getting the job done, that's fine too.
