so two days ago on the bottom of my foot under my toes all the layers of skin came off in this one area the size of a dime because i stepped on a screw on accedent and it tore the skin off then it started bleeding so i applied pressure to stop the bleeding and then put first aid cream on it and then a bandaid; so then after a while i thought it was okay so i took the bandaid of and have been walking barefoot around my house and then now i feel sharp stinging pain when ever i walk and it looks kind of crusty is dark red and has a little bit of liquid coming out of it; and it was not a rusty screw it was like a brand new one. So what's wrong with my foot ?

Your foot may very well have an infection since it appears that there's puss coming out of it. It also could just be healing depending on how deep the puncture is. I have a foot wound myself right now that hurts like hell but it's healing so I can sympathize.

If you're really concerned then do get to a doctor to make certain you don't have an infection.

Did ever get a tetanus vaccine?

That cut might be very very bad, You should def get to the doctors. You could get Gangrene, which can be very very nasty... (Wiki it... gross stuff) Nails are actually text book reasons people need the Tetanus shot. Don't mean to scare you, but you should really get it looked at... Universal health care (right?)
