Is there any cure to being depressed by hot weather?

    are you severely over weight? if you are carrying lots of fat then you will be even hotter than most fit people. when you're inside turn on an air conditioner

    I will trade places with you. I live in Missouri and the cold winters depress me. I don't leave the house except to go to work . I usually don't throw up but I hate the cold. Maybe you can plan indoor events throughout the warmest months of the year. then go out and enjoy the rest of the year
