I had this crazy dream of snake-like creatures a few days back and I woke up running around the house, screaming. My mom tells me that I sing weird songs in my sleep. So, is there anything wrong with me? I'm a 17 year old guy, btw.

No it just means you sleep walk & sleep talk. That's not a mental condition. It might even go away by itself
