I am 12 years old and 135lbs. If I eat a cup of special K chocolaty delight in the morning, a salad and fruit for lunch, and a salad with meat for dinner along with walking at 3.5 mph for 45 min to an hour, can I lose weight at a healthy pace? I know that my BMI says overweight but I have muscle.
