if it's sinus infection, you should have gotten antibiotics to treat it. they don't go away on their own. it could agitated by the high pollen counts lately. try taking some allergy medication as well as sinus meds and see if that works.

  3. OMG is this a serious question? Symptoms of a sinus infection are classically pain and pressure on the bridge of your nose between your eye and in your head.

You could have a really bad sinus infection. I've been there. Sometimes surgery is required your sinus cavities may be clogged...if they have a feeling that is that they will take a cat scan of your head and see it's not scary. Go to the doctors soon because if thus is it you don't want to mess around with it. It can take over your whole body eventually. Just keep calm and good luck.

See your health care provider as soon as possible. That thickening is due to chronic inflammation of the sinus lining. And an inflamed lining secretes excessive amounts of mucus, which predisposes you to yet another infection. You may need aggressive treatment with longer courses of antibiotics to break the cycle. Failing that, you should be evaluated by an otorhinolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat specialist) for possible surgery to permit better draining.
I hope this helps you. And good luck.
