Is this an insulin pump dress? What's the weird pocket for?

    I have this dress, I have no idea where I bought it, but it wasn't online or at a diabetic place. It has a pocket below the right shoulder in the back. It's by Jones New York. What's the pocket for?
    Maybe Jones New York also designs for magicians.
