    This is something you should have asked your urologist. It is important you understand how serious this is and what is going on. Urine tests are not sensitive enough and scans can miss small tumors especially if they are sessile. The best way to know if there is anything concerning is to actually look directly at the bladder. Typically low grade papillary tumors are slow growing and not much of a concern as long as you are followed well as 80% of them recur, but typically these tumors occur in people more than twice your age and that is the scary part making nothing about this typical. You are at a greater risk of this becoming an invasive cancer than a 65 year old person.
