Ligamentous laxity??

    Think about it like a rubber band. If the rubber band is really tight then you can't stretch it as far till it snaps. If its rel loose you can stretch it a long ways till it does snap. If your have ligament laxity than your ligaments are harder to injure. The problem usually arises because your tendons are not sufficiently long in comparison to you ligaments. So your ligaments stretch to far for your tendons and that's probably what hurts you. You can't treat the condition but you can stretch daily to extend your tendons and relieve some of the pain that may occur.
