if you are over 15 and do not have health problems or metal pins in any bones a vibration plate will do what you want, doing stomach exercises you could even have a beer while you are doing them as long as you don't spill it

well, for starters stop drinking beer
and excercise? it's pretty obvious...

push ups. take swimming. jog. cut back on drinking beer.

Eat less, exercise more and don't give up! There is no easy way without being in a coma and being fed through a tube. Start walking every day, then ride a bike or jog for longer periods of time. If it was easy, everyone would look like a fitness model!

here's something that kind of helped me, i drank about 4-7 waterbottles a day and little by little i got slimmer.
